My Concierge has been created with you in mind. To guide you smoothly through your transition from home to your home.
Our desire is to think about what you need, what you might want, what might be different here in our Hamlet amongst the vineyards.
We continue to work hard to ensure your experience here is both relaxing and you enjoy an authentic experience of Tuscan life. You will be surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, only minutes away from the small hilltop villages of Terricciola and Peccioli.
Our local tours and events are all designed to give you the best of what there is to offer here while supporting lots of local small businesses.
Come learn to cook like an Italian Mamma on one of our local cooking classes, dress like a Madonna exploring the hidden joys of shopping in Firenze with an expert on Italian fashion. etc.

The Property is 30 minutes drive from Pisa airport and approximately 60 minutes from Florence airport.
​

A beautiful rural location, 4 km from the local villages of Terricciola and Peccioli, where you will find a selection of small local shops and restaurants.

The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes by car in Capannoli (CONAD) or La Rosa (MD).

Restaurants open normally for Lunch between 12.30-14.00 and Dinner 19.00-21.30.

Guests are advised to hire a car during their visit to Tuscany.

All Apartments are completely independent and are equipped with fully equipped kitchens which include dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

You will find some small supply (initial supply) to help you with your smooth arrival, Coffee, Milk, Water, Dishwasher Tablets or liquid, Washing up liquid and Washing Machine liquid & Guest amenities; soap, shower gel and shampoo.

Bathroom towels are provided.

- Pool towels are provided.

Hairdryers are provided in bathrooms.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.

The apartments all have TV’s in the sitting room and bedrooms.

You may need an EU adaptor for your electrical items.

For electrical items we recommend that you use a voltage converter (In Italy the power is 220 V).

Travellers' cheques and foreign currencies are not easily exchanged locally.

We recommend that you use a card suitable for ATM’s, credit card and €uro currency. Ideally your credit card should be of the "Chip and Pin" type (Please check with your bank)
